The Visitor Management section displays all visitor bookings made by residents. New bookings are marked with a “New” label. Management can adjust visitor limits, modify reservations, and update entry permissions. Visitors can register through an invitation link, either by themselves or with help from the resident.
To update a Visitor Management booking,
1. Click on Visitor Management to view all visitor bookings.
2. Bookings marked “New” have not yet been viewed.
3. Each property has a visitor limit that can be adjusted by management.
4. Visitors can register using the invitation email sent by the resident.
5. Residents can also register visitors on their behalf.
6. Management can edit reservations, including updating the vehicle number and entry permission.
The Walk-In Registration feature allows the Managing Agent to manually register visitors who arrive without a prior booking. Visitors can also be checked in by scanning their QR code to retrieve their booking details.
To add New Walk-In Registration,
1. Click on the “New Walk-In” button to begin registration.
2. Select the unit, visiting purpose, and company name.
3. Enter the visitor’s details.
4. To scan a visitor’s QR code, tap the Scan QR button at the top right corner.
5. After a successful scan, the visitor’s booking details will be displayed.
