You may manage your user lists. Users can be sorted by their assigned role, first name, last name, and unit number. The controlling agent can create, modify, allocate units, assign devices, grant system access, activate/deactivate, and delete users based on their permissions. When editing a user, the managing agent can choose whether or not the user is a key contact (For Aerea Home App users) and update their information.
The controlling agent can assign units to users and view a summary of assigned units that can be deleted.
The managing agent can manage the available devices. The devices for each location and unit will be listed here, and the agent will be able to assign them to the user, select Bluetooth / Remote door open, and receive device calls for open door access.
The access permissions are set for individual modules for each building.
Click on the action button on the right of the user’s name and select deactivate.
This section allows the managing agent to create a new user by selecting a role and filling in the necessary user details. The Primary Contact option will only appear for Home App user roles.
To create a new user,
1. Go to the Create User section.
2. Select the user’s role.
3. Enter the first name, last name, contact number, and email address.
4. Fill in the company name, mailing address, country, and postal code.
5. If the selected role is a Home App user, the Primary Contact option will appear
6. Click Submit to create the user.
User Access displays a complete list of users, as well as their permissions for each module. Users can be sorted by building, unit, and role. The Managing agent can change the access permissions for the modules here.
The Units Information section shows a list of all units that have been created. You can view detailed information for each unit and sort the data by building, unit number, or module.
To view Units Information,
1. Click on Units Information.
2. A list of all units will be displayed.
3. Click on any unit to view more details.
4. Sort the list by building or unit number if needed.
5. On the details screen, you can sort again by building, unit number, or module.
6. Select a module to view data related to that module.
