18.4 Other Settings

Feedback Option

You can manage the feedback option categories here. For creating a new feedback option, simply click on the plus button. You have to provide the option title for creating a new option. For the option update, you can edit the title.

Defects Location

You can manage the defect locations here. For creating a new defect location, simply click on the plus button. You have to provide the defect location title and add defect types for creating a new defect location. The manager can also edit / delete the defect location based on the permission set.

Facility Type

You can manage the facility types here. For creating a new facility type, simply click on the plus button. You have to provide the facility name, calendar availability, net booking available, payment required or not, block out dates and facility image. If payment is required for booking the facility, you are required to provide a fee, deposit amount, cut off days cancellation charge which will be deducted from the booking fee. The manager can also edit / delete the facility type based on the permission set.

Visitor Management

This section allows you to manage visitor settings, including the visitor limit and visiting purposes. You can view, edit, or create new visiting purposes with customizable options such as ID requirements, company info, date range, and subcategories.

To add a new e-form,

1. Choose to set no limit or specify the maximum number of visitors.
2. View the list of visiting purposes created.
3. Click on any item to view or edit its details.
4. Click the plus button to create a new visiting purpose.
5. Enter the visiting purpose name and QR code scan limit. Set options for visitor limit, visitor ID, visitor company info, and start/end date.
6. Save your settings.
