13. Open Door Records

This screen shows a list of door open records across various access methods, such as Remote/Face ID, Bluetooth, QR Code, and more. Managing agents can view and sort these records to track door access activity.

To view Open Door Records,

1. Go to the Door Open Records screen.
2. Select a door open type (e.g. Remote/Face ID, Bluetooth, QR Code, Call Unit, or Failed Attempts).
3. View the list of door access records for the selected type.
4. Sort the data by device name, open door type, date, or time.
5. Each record shows the date, time, device name, serial number, person’s name, open door type, and the captured photo.
