1. Logging In

Users with managing roles such as Managing Agents, Council Members, Developers can login via the Aerea Manager app. They can manage multiple properties with a single login.

To login,

1. You will be prompted to enter the registered email and password and then click on the Sign In button.
2. On successful login, a one-time password will be sent to the registered email.
3. User will be navigated to the Home screen after successful otp verification.

Forget Password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:

1. Click on the “Forgot Password” button in the login screen.
2. Enter your registered email address in the provided field and then tap on the Submit button.
3. Check your email inbox for a one-time password (OTP). Enter the OTP in the designated field and then tap on Submit.
4. Choose a new password, enter it in the new password field, confirm it by typing it again in the provided field, and then click Submit.
5. Then the user needs to re login after resetting the password.
