8. Feedbacks

Feedbacks

When you navigate to Feedbacks, you will see the feedback on various modules submitted by Aerea Home App users for the selected property. Clicking on an item will show the feedback details.

To reply to a feedback,

1. Click the action button on the right side of the selected ticket.
2. Change the status of the feedback.
3. Type your reply in the comments section.
4. Click “Submit.”
