18.3 E-forms Management

E-forms Settings

This section allows you to manage E-Form settings. You can create new E-Forms by entering key details such as fees, notes, and payment options.

To add a new e-form,

  1. 1. Click the plus (+) button to create a new E-Form.

  2. 2. Select the Form Type.

  3. 3. Enter the general information and chargeable amount.

  4. 4. Add any padding lift fee and official notes.

  5. 5. Select the available payment modes.

  6. 6. Save the E-Form to complete the setup.
Payment Settings

You can manage the payment settings here. The different payment modes available are cheque, cash and bank transfer.

Holiday Settings

You can manage the E-form holiday settings here. You can add / edit the public holidays here.
