An announcement containing a title, remarks, and uploadable photos can be sent by managers to certain user groups.
To create a new announcement,
1. Click on “Create New Announcement.”
2. Select the user group the announcement is for, such as owner or occupant.
3. Enter the subject title.
4. Type the content of the announcement.
5. Upload any images or PDF files if needed.
6. Click “Submit” to send the announcement.
Announcement history displays the announcements made by the manager for the specified property. Data can be sorted by date range, as well as the user group to which the notice is delivered.
