Moving In & Out Application

The Moving In & Out section shows the submission history of applications. Managing agents can filter, edit, or delete submissions. They can also record payment details and carry out inspections after the move is completed.

To update Moving In & Out Application details,

  1. 1. Go to the Moving In & Out section to view all application submissions.

  2. 2. Use the filters (Status, Ticket Number, Unit, and Name) to narrow down the list.

  3. 3. Click on any item to edit or delete the submission if needed.

  4. 4. Click the Payment button to enter payment details:

    1. –  Fill in the manager’s name, signature, and payment method.

    2. – Enter additional details based on the selected payment mode.

  5. 5. After the move is completed, click the Inspection button to carry out and log the inspection.

Renovation Work Application

The Renovation Application section shows the submission history for renovation requests. Managing agents can filter, edit, or delete submissions. They can also record payment details and conduct inspections after the renovation is completed.

To update Renovation Work Application details, 

  1. 1. Go to the Renovation Application section to view all submitted forms.

  2. 2. Use the filters (Status, Ticket Number, Unit, and Name) to narrow down the list.

  3. 3. Click on a submission to edit or delete it if needed.

  4. 4. Click the Payment button to enter payment details:

    • – Fill in the manager’s name, signature, and payment method.

    • – Add extra details based on the selected mode of payment.

  5. 5. Once renovation is completed, click the Inspection button to carry out and record the inspection.

 
Resident Access Card & Main Door Access

The Resident Access Card & Main Door Access Application section shows the submission history for related applications. Managing agents can filter, edit, or delete submissions, as well as handle payments and inspections after the work is completed.

To update Resident Access Card & Main Door Access Application, 

  1. 1. Go to the Resident Access Card & Main Door Access Application section.

  2. 2. Use the filters (Status, Ticket Number, Unit, and Name) to narrow down the list.

  3. 3. Click on a submission to edit or delete it if needed.

  4. 4. Click the Payment button to enter official payment details:

    • – Fill in the manager’s name, signature, and payment method.

    • – Enter any other required details based on the selected mode.

  5. 5. After the work is completed, click the Inspection button to carry out and log the inspection.

Registration of Vehicle IU for Resident

The Registration of Vehicle IU for Resident section shows the submission history for vehicle IU registration applications. Managing agents can filter, edit, delete, update status, and add remarks to each submission.

To update the Vehicle IU registration,

  1. 1. Go to the Registration of Vehicle IU for Resident section.

  2. 2. Use the filters (Status, Ticket Number, Unit, and Name) to narrow down the list.

  3. 3. Click on a submission to edit or delete it.

  4. 4. Update the status of the form as needed.

  5. 5. Add or edit remarks for the submission.

Change of Mailing Address

The Change of Mailing Address Application section displays the submission history for address change requests. Managing agents can filter, edit, delete, update status, and add remarks to each submission.

To update a Change of Mailing Address Application,

  1. 1. Go to the Change of Mailing Address Application section.

  2. 2. Use the filters (Status, Ticket Number, Unit, and Name) to narrow down the list.

  3. 3. Click on a submission to edit or delete it.

  4. 4. Update the status of the submission.

  5. 5. Add or update remarks as needed.
