The Facilities Booking section shows all booking records for the selected property. Managing agents can review, approve, decline, or make changes to each booking.
To approve new facility bookings,
1. Go to the Facilities Booking section.
2. Click “New Bookings” to see recent bookings waiting for approval or decline.
3. The managing agent can amend bookings — this includes changing the date, time, status, or canceling the appointment.
