5. Key Collection

Key Collection

This section displays Key Collection Appointments made by Aerea Home App users. New appointment requests appear under “New Appointments” and must be approved or declined by the Managing Agent. If declined, a reason must be provided. Users can only book one appointment, and any changes must be handled by the Managing Agent.

To manage appointments,

  1. 1. Go to the Key Collection Appointments section.

  2. 2. Appointments that were accepted earlier will be listed here.

  3. 3. Click on “New Appointments” to view pending requests.

  4. 4. The Managing Agent can approve or decline these requests.

  5. 5. If declining, a reason must be entered.

  6. 6. The Managing Agent can also update or change the status of appointments.

  7. 7. If a user needs to reschedule or cancel, the Managing Agent must do it from the system.
